Last Night, I Couldn't Even Get An Answer

Good morning from Tokyo for the last time! What a great place. Daniel and I had such a good time here, and I will definitely be returning one day not too far from now. And we're finally getting adjusted to the time change, I slept till 10 today! 

But now it's on to Thailand.  We're fortunate because I know someone, Steve Brooks, who has been in Bangkok since early January "studying". He went there with two friends, and they flew back to the States after their term was up in May. Steve decided to stay with his girlfriend in Bangkok and hold down his internship and the American Chamber of Commerce. Here's a picture of Steve and his girlfriend, used without his permission.

So last night was another eventful one. We went out around 9 and took the train to Ginza to get some sushi. After we ate we ended up back at Hub the English Pub (shocker) for a few drinks. Muay Thai was on the tube so for each fight we picked a guy and the looser bought drinks. I dominated so it was a pretty cheap night for me! We had to rush out at because there was a telling feeling that the last train ran at midnight, and sure enough it did. We didn't have time to make it to the right station, but close enough to shoot us in the general direction of our hostel. Not a bad night.

Our flight to Bangkok departs at 6:30pm so we land in Thailand at 11:10pm, gaining an hour. Steve has trips to an island and the jungle already planned, so there goes a few days for sure without Internet access. No Internet, no SingaporeUSA. Boooooooo! So don't fret if I don't post for a couple days, I'll make sure to give a fully detailed Thai post whenever I get the chance. Take care all. Go Bills!
